Next time out here I might be hitting Pune traffic veiled like these girls do, as breathing amidst the fumes gets ever more suffocating in India.

Hihi, I also did that when I was living in Pune, still had multiple throat infections. Now I live in Chennai, and I wear a helmet 🙂
Hi Line, good idea, when I crossed Tamil Nadu on my enfield I got to know the tamils as the craziest drivers among the Indians, but was fun anyway 🙂
Oh, they certainly are! Now, thank god my husband does all the driving, but it is really scary to just be a passenger. You really feel, like the Indians say, “in the hands of God.” Hope you had (or have?) a wonderful journey through India. She is beautiful, isn’t she ? 🙂
Thank you! Yes she is, and she is always calling me back to explore more and more of her beauty, so all is blessed and well for me and India for the coming months (only) JI 🙂
